Using network doctors and facilities

 

Doctors and facilities (including laboratories) in the UnitedHealthcare plan network have agreed to provide services at a discount for being in the network. When you use network providers, you are responsible for paying the network (sometimes called "in-network") copayment and out-of-pocket expenses, such as deductibles and coinsurance.
